Job Description:

A CNC service engineer provides high level service and resolves machine technical problems. They act as company representatives maintaining strong customer relationships. Individuals will perform various service activities such as maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting, and solving mechanical & electrical problems.

Specific Technical Knowledge:

Successful candidates must have a strong mechanical and electrical background with over 5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems on modern CNC turning centers.

Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel throughout New England (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine) are necessary. The chosen candidate will work from our facility in Manchester, CT.
