Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (CNC Tool & Work holding parts for Swiss-type machines)

The Customer Service/Inside Sales representative will:

• Respond to requests from customers for product information and pricing in a timely manner
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in our customers and competition
• Answering phones, entering orders and accessing customer and product information 
• Process orders, payments and data entry with high level accuracy
• Take initiative and resolve escalations or complaints

Requirements:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in technical sales or equivalent experience; and 2 years in CNC machinery.  
• Ideal candidate has machine tool industry background, candidates with similar or relevant experience may be considered.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and work in a team environment
